MJ Delivers Keynote at EurOMA 2023 in Belgium

MJ delivered a keynote at the 2023 European Operations Management Association (EurOMA) Conference in Belgium, speaking to an audience of 500–600 operations management researchers. The talk focused on real-world health applications of systems thinking and opportunities for expanding the scope of OM research into public health and policy.
