From Postdoc to Faculty: Welcoming Dr. Huiru Dong

We’re thrilled to share that Dr. Huiru Dong, who recently completed her postdoc in our lab, has officially joined us as a faculty member. Huiru brings deep expertise in biostatistics, substance use research, and policy evaluation—with a strong track record in longitudinal analysis, structural equation modeling, and securing major grants. She’s led impactful studies on addiction treatment and harm reduction, with work published in top journals like JAMA Psychiatry and Addiction. We’re lucky to have her on the team.
